| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下采用Bard肝穿枪经皮肝穿刺活检术的围手术期护理经验。方法回顾性分析2010年8月-2011年4月53例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,B超引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术的围手术期临床观察和护理,包括做好术前准备、心理护理,指导术中密切配合、术后严密观察病情变化,及时发现并发症并采取措施。结果 53例患者B超引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术成功率100%,出现局部切口疼痛28例,胸闷、心悸2例。经采取适当的护理措施后缓解,无一例出现严重并发症。结论围手术期护理在肝穿刺术中具有重要作用,完善术前准备,做好心理护理,指导术中配合,采取舒适体位,术后密切观察病情变化是安全实施肝穿刺活检术的关键。
