| 摘 要： | 目的分析疗养员对疗养服务的满意度，了解疗养员的疗养服务需求。方法对2008年1617例疗养服务满意度调查表进行统计分析。结果疗养员对服务满意度总体较好，不同身份疗养员对不同疗养服务项目满意度存在显著差异。结论疗养院工作人员在实施疗养服务时应充分考虑疗养员的群体差异，根据疗养需求采取针对性的服务策略。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the satisfaction degree of recuperate service and the demands of sanatorium of military sanatorium. Methods 1617 sanatoria scales were analyzed in 2008. Results The result showed that they were satisfied with recuperate service in general. There was significant different in satisfaction degree of the sanator of different identity. Conclusions Health staff should provide recuperate service according to their sanatoria demands. |
