乳腺癌患者应对方式的研究

由于乳腺癌生存人数的日益增多,进一步全面深刻地理解患者的应对方式,有助于护理人员促进患者的积极应对,提高患者生活质量。笔者重点分析了乳腺癌患者屈服、回避和面对3种主要应对类型,以及患者采取不同应对方式的影响因素,并提出运用危机干预理论,帮助患者积极应对癌症。

Study on the coping styles for the patients with breast cancer

Today there were more and more patients living with breast cancer.Nurses could help patients to actively cope with breast cancer,if they know the coping styles of the patients more deeply and generally.If so,the life quality of the patients will be greatly improved.The definitions of coping were stated in this article.Obedience,avoidance and facing were the most common three coping styles for breast cancer patients.There were a lot of factors influencing patients to adopt different coping styles.Finally crisis intervention theory was presented to promote patients to cope with this disease actively.
