全自动血细胞分析仪检测结果对比分析

目的：通过对比不同仪器测定同一标本，来对两台仪器进行方法对比和偏倚评估。方法：以CoulterStks型和CoulterLH750两种血细胞分析仪检测血细胞的WBC、RBC、HB、PLT值。以CouherLH750作为标准仪器，以CoulterStks作为对比仪器进行检测，对得出的结果进行评估。根据直线回归方程和相关系数进行制图并作表。结果：两种机器具有有良好的相关性，测得的结果相对偏差都在允许范围之内。结论：同一实验室的不同仪器应定时进行对比，以保证检测结果的准确性。
