早期推拿手法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的疗效观察

[目的]观察推拿治疗对不同年龄段（0＋-12月）先天性肌性斜颈患儿临床疗效的影响。[方法]符合标准的115例先天性肌性斜颈患儿按年龄段分为3组,0＋-4月、4＋-8月、8＋-12月患儿组,均给予相同推拿手法治疗,观察并比较3-6个月后三组患儿的疗效。[结果]3组患儿的有效率均为100%,愈显率0＋-4月组优于4＋-8月组（P〈0.05）,4＋-8月组优于8＋-12组（P〈0.05）。[结论]推拿手法是治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的一种有效疗法,早期介入推拿手法治疗效果更佳。

To Observe the Curative Effect of Massage Therapy for Congenital Muscular Torticollis in Children Early

[Objective]To observe the massage treatment of different ages（0＋-12 months） affecting the clinical efficacy in children with congenital muscular torticol is. [Methods]115 cases of congenital muscular torticol is in children in accordance with the standard were divided into 3 groups according to age, 0＋-4 months, 4＋-8 months, 8＋-12 months groups, were given the same massage therapy, the efficacy was observed and compared after 3-6 months of three groups of children. [Results] The effective rate of three groups of children was 100%, markedly effective rate of 0＋-4 group was better than that of 4＋-8 group（P〈0.05）, 4＋-8 group than in 8＋-12 group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The massage is an effective therapy for the treatment of congenital muscular torticol is in children, early intervention has better therapeutic effect of massage.
