| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨群体性创伤急救护理模式，提高抢救成功率，缩短有效抢救时间，提高患者满意度。方法 对群体创伤的急救护理流程进行再造，采用全程护理服务流程，观察记录流程再造前后患者的抢救成功率、有效抢救时间及患者满意度。结果 流程再造组患者抢救成功率提高，有效抢救时间缩短，轻度创伤患者的满意度较高，均为P〈0．05，重度创伤患者的满意度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 对群体创伤患者进行全程护理服务，可有效提高群体创伤患者的抢救成功率，缩短有效抢救时间，提高患者满意度，降低医疗风险。 |
