女通信兵心理健康调查分析

目的了解女通信兵群体心理健康状况,探讨提升该群体心理健康水平的对策。方法采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）对某通信部队122名女通信兵进行测试,并与中国女军人常模进行对比分析。结果女通信兵的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子评分及总分均高于中国女军人常模（P〈0.01）;偏执、精神病性因子的评分高于中国女军人常模（P〈0.05）;恐怖因子分与中国女军人常模相比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论本组女通信兵心理健康水平低于中国女军人平均水平,应结合其特定心理基础和环境压力进行必要的心理干预。

Mental Health Status of Signalwomen

Objective To study the mental health status of signalwomen,and present the countermeasures to improve their psychological health level.Methods A total of 122 signalwomen in a unit of the People’s Liberation Army were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and compared with Chinese servicewomen norm.Results Compared with Chinese servicewomen norm,the total score and the scores of somatization,coercion,interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety and hostility in signalwomen were all significantly higher（P〈0.01）,the scores of paranoia and psychotic factor were significantly higher（P〈0.05） and the phobias scores were not significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mental health level of signalwomen in this study is lower than the average level of Chinese servicewomen.Psychological intervention should be conducted according to their particular psychological characteristics and outside pressure.
