经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症500例报告

目的　探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效手术新方法。方法　采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗BPH500例。结果　全部患者均安全度过围手术期,术后疗效满意。无严重并发症,提高了高危高龄患者的生活质量。结论　汽化和电切结合行经尿道前列腺切除术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的新手术方法。

TRANSURETHRAL VAPOR- RESECTION OF THE PROSTATE IN HIGH RISK PATIANTS WITH LARGE VOLUME BENIGN PROSTATE HYPERPLASIA:A REPORT OF 500 CASES

Objective To investigate the effective approach for the prostate high risk patients with benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods 500 cases with high risk BPH were treated by transurethral resection and and electro-vaporization of the prostate. Results All the cases had been safety in perioperation period. There were no serious complications. The life quality of high risk and aged patiants has been improved. Conclusion Combination of transurethral resection with vaporization of the prostate was a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of high risk BPH with less complications.
