摘    要:目的:对氢化发生器-冷原子吸收测量食品中汞含量的一些影响因素作出分析研究。方法:采用混酸加热消化法和微波消解仪消化法,以及消化后不同的样品处理方式,用氢化发生器-冷原子吸收法测定食品中汞含量。结果:混酸和硝酸能引起高空白吸收,赶酸不完全很容易引起样品测量值受酸影响导致测量结果不稳。结论:混酸消解法操作相对更加便捷,数据稳定,适合于食品中汞含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze some of the factors about hydrogenated generator-atomic absorption measurement of mer-cury in food.Methods: The mixed acid digestion and heat in microwave digestion and digestion of different sample pro-cessing methods,used hydrogen generator-atomic absorption spectrometry of mercury in food.Results: The mixed acid and nitric acid can lead to high blank absorption was not entirely easy to catch acid caused by acid in the sample measurement instability caused by the measurement results.Conclusion: The mixed acid digestion method is relatively more convenient,data stability,suitable for the determination of mercury in food.
