摘    要:
目的:探讨影响神经导航准确性的因素并研究校正方法,方法:应用神经导航系统切除颅内病变90例,在手术前成像,手术计划设计,体位摆入及手术操作各个环节进行改进,并通过术中校正顺利达至靶点,结果:应用上述方法,神经导航准确性良好,完整切除病变,无严重并发症和手术死亡,结论:在神经导航手术中,应防止各种因素影响导航的准确性,正确的手术操作,术中对导航系统的校正及丰富的临床经验是手术成功的关键。

Abstract:
Objective To study factors affecting the accuracy of the neuronavigation system and methods of correcting it. Methods The Surgiscope system was clinically used for surgery of the 90 intracranial lesions. The preoperative imaging, operative plan, patient's position, and operative procedure were improved for precisely closing to the lesions. Result The navigation system was reliable and accurate. The itracranial lesions were resected completely in the 90 patients. No adverse effects were attributable to the use of the system. Conclusion The factors affecting the accuracy of the navigation system should be considered and avoided. Precise correction of the navigation system in the operation and abundant clinical experience are the key to the successful operation.
