社区护理干预前后老年人健康状况对比研究

目的帮助社区老年人养成良好社会行为和生活习惯,增进身体健康,提高生活质量。方法设计社区老年人生活行为习惯和健康知识认知状况调查问卷表,在社区护理干预前后用问卷调查的形式对辖区内60岁以上老人进行入户调查,收集资料,分析和总结。结果观察组与对照组相比老年人生活质量和卫生知识知晓率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通过健康教育和护理干预让老年人掌握疾病相关知识,树立健康生活观念,改进不良生活行为和习惯,鼓励老年人扩大生活空间,量力而行适当运动,自觉改变不良生活习惯,树立健康生活观念。

Study on the Health State of the Old Before and After Nursing Management

Objective To study the health state of the old people and help them keep health and improve their living quality.Methods The old people over 60 years old were surveyed with the questionnaire to collect the data about their health state before and after the community nursing management.Results The survival quality in the observe group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion We encourage the old people to widen their living space and do exercises suitable for themselves; realize the knowledge of illness; develop health concept and avoid bad living habit.
