| 摘 要： | 目的:研究常用抗肿瘤药物对胃、肠癌的体外敏感性.方法:对41例胃癌、19例肠癌手术摘除的瘤体进行细胞分离、培养,用MTT法对其行体外药物敏感试验.并将试验结果进行对比性分析.结果:胃癌对5-FU,PYM,MMC,Ara-C,DDP,VCR,VP-16较敏感;肠癌对MMC,PYM,DDP,5-FU较敏感;不同个体对同一药物的敏感性不同.结论:MTT肿瘤药物敏感试验对实现肿瘤患者的个体化给药有重要的价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the sensitivity of cells of stomach carcinoma and intestine cancer to chemotherapeutants and to find most effective chemotherapeutants with low toxic and side effects and price.Methods:Cancer cells of41stomach carci noma cases and19intestine cancer cases were isolated and cultured.The sensiti vity of the cultured cells to18chemotherapeutants was determined in vitro with MTT.The results were analyzed.Results:The cells of stomach carcinoma were mo re sensitive to5-FU,PYM,MMC,Ara-C,DDP,VCR and VP-16,and the cells of intestine cancer were more sensitive to MMC,PYM,DDP and5-FU.The individual sensitivity to one drug was different.Conclusion:The most effective chemother apeutants may be screened with MTT,which is important in the treatment of cance rs. |
