摘    要:目的探讨食用受三聚氰胺污染的婴幼儿配方奶粉致泌尿系统结石的发病率及结石病人的临床特点、诊断和治疗措施。方法对高唐县6159例食用受污染奶粉的婴幼儿及儿童进行超声检查,主要使用GE vivid 7型和PHILIPS非凡影像型B超检查,同时对住院的33例患儿和31例没有结石的正常儿童及婴幼儿进行肾功能、肝功能及电解质检查,分析检查结果,总结治疗方法。结果6159例婴幼儿及儿童中结石患儿80人,发病率为1.3%。仅有19例患儿有症状(23.75%)。结石组与对照组比较,血氯升高,CO2结合力降低,β2-微球蛋白含量升高,BUN含量减低(P均〈0.01)。经治疗患儿全部治愈。结论三聚氰胺污染的婴幼儿配方奶粉可以导致婴幼儿泌尿系结石,同时引起血生化的一系列改变。治疗上主要是碱化尿液及纠正电解质紊乱,预后良好。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To investigate the calculi incidence of urinary system caused by eating melamine contaminated infant formula milk powder, and investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of calculi patients. [ Methods] Ultrasonography was performed on 6159 cases of infants and children who had eaten melamine contaminated infant formula milk powder by mainly using GE vivid 7 and extraordinary images PHILIPS type B. A total of 33 cases hospitalized and 31 normal children with no calculus performed renal function, liver function and electrolyte inspection. The test results were analyzed, and treatment methods were summed. [ Results] Among 6159 infants and children, 80 were diagnosed calculus, the incidence accounted for 1.3%. Only 19 cases showed symptoms (23.75%). Comparing calculus group with control group, blood chloride increased, CO2 binding reduced, 132-MG increased, BUN reduced ( all P 〈 0.01 ). All cases were cured. [ Conclusion] Melamine contaminated infant formula milk powder can lead to urinary calculi in infants and cause a series of biochemical changes in blood simultaneously. Urine alkalization and electrolyte disorders correction are the major treatments which have good prognosis.
