摘    要:
以某危险废物焚烧炉渣中钼、铜、钡、锑的浸出毒性为分析对象,评价快速浸出法(10 min短时浸出、无需破碎预处理)判别浸出毒性的可行性,并探讨简易水冼法处理钼的效果.结果表明:炉渣粒径对重金属浸出毒性无显著影响,炉渣经破碎后不改变其重金属浸出浓度;快速浸出法与标准浸出法所测得的钼、铜、钡、锑浸出浓度呈显著线性相关,可利用实验得到的校正系数结合快速浸出法浸出结果判别重金属浸出毒性;对超标的高钼浓度炉渣采用水洗的方法进行预处理,可达到填埋场进场标准.

Abstract:
Taking leaching toxicity of molybdenum,copper,barium,sti bium in bottom ash from a hazardous waste incinerator as analysis factor,the f easibility of identifying leaching toxicity using rapid leaching method(leachin g for 10 min,without size-reduction)was evaluated.Furthermore,the water washing treatment effect of molybdenum from the bottom ash was investigated.Re sults showed that,the leaching concentration of heavy metals in bottom ash was independent on its particle size,the molybdenum,copper,barium,stibium l eaching concentration of rapid leaching test were significantly linear-correla ted with that of standard leaching test,which could be used to identify leachi ng toxicity after being corrected by certain ratio coefficient;the bottom ash with high molybdenum concentration could be effectively treated by simple water washing to achieve the landfill acceptance criteria for hazardous wastes.
