摘    要:目的:评价脑磁共振(MR)灌注成像测定脑内病变血液动力学和微循环改变及其临床意义;方法:利用静脉注射增强剂(Gd-DTPA)或磁性标记流动血液中水质子技术测量脑血容量、脑血流速度、平均通过时间和团注造影剂首次到达时间;结果:缺血性病变和富血性病变的脑血容量、脑血流速、平均通过时间和团注到达时间可出现减少或增加,通过缺血性病变脑血容量减少或无变化,脑血流速度减低,平均通过时间和团注到达时间延长;结论:脑MR灌注成像可以用于诊断早期脑梗塞和评价脑血管病危险因素,对恶性脑肿瘤分级和评价抑制肿瘤血管生长药物疗效也可提供有用的信息。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the hemadynamics and microcirculation of the lesions in the brain and its role of clinic.Methods:Cerebral blood volume,cerebral blood flow,mean transit time and bolus first arrival time was measured by IV-injected bolus of contrast material(Gd-DTPA) or magnetically labeled water protons within flowing blood.Results:There was decrease or increase about cerebral blood volume,cerebral blood flow,mean transit time and bolus arrival time in ischemia lesions and in rich vascular lesions.There was usually decrese or no change in cerebral blood volume,while decrease in cerebral blood flow,and delayed in mean transit time and bolus arrival time in the ischemia lesions.Conclusion:MR perfusion imaging is a useful approach in diagnosis of early cerebral infarction and in evaluation of risk cerebral vascular disease.MR perfusion imaging can also provide useful information on malignant tumor grade and on evaluation of therapeutic effect of the durgs of supperssing growth of tumor blood vessels.
