| 摘 要： | 目的：研究γ－刀治疗脑听神经瘤的效果。方法；对６４例γ－刀术后听神经瘤患者随访２；５年，定期ＭＲ复查及神经系统检查，结果：肿瘤中央增强密度区消失占８２．８％（５３／６４），肿瘤生长控制摔（９５．３％），有用听力保留率５２．４（１３／２４）。结论：对于无手术适应症或拒绝手术的听神经瘤患者γ－刀治疗无疑是值得选择的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ganuna knife treatment of acoustic neurinoma.Methods:64 cases of patients with acoustic neurinoma were followed up for 2.5 years after Gamma knife treat-ment,MR and neural spstem were exandned regularly.Results:The disappeared rate of central enhanceregion was 82.8%, the conrol rate of tumor growth was 95.3%, the preserve rate of useful hearing of54.2%. Conclusion:Gamma knife treatment is valuable to the patients with acoustic neurinoma, whohave no surgical indications or refusing to surgery. |
