| 摘 要： | 探讨痛点注射配合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效 ,将 112例肩周炎患者随机分成治疗组 ( 5 8例给予痛点注射加推拿手法 )和对照组 ( 5 4例给予单纯痛点注射 )。治疗 5周后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;且对风寒湿型和瘀滞型效果更佳 (P <0 0 5 )。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of combined tender spot injection and massage in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis,112 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 58 cases were treated with combined tender spot injection and massage and control group in which 54 cases were treated with simple tender spot injection,with a course of 5 weeks.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group( P<0.05 , P<0.01 );this therapy was particularly effective for the shoulder periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness syndrome and qi-blood stagnation syndrome( P<0.05 ). |
