| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨准分子激光角膜表面屈光性切削术(photorefractive keratectomy,PRK)术前确定手术切削屈光度数的方法。 方法:对接受PRK治疗的中度近视143例209眼完整资料中的散瞳验光度数与手术切削度数之差值进行统计学分析。 结果:散瞳验光的平均度数-4.32D,手术切削的平均度数-4.74D,平均差值(0.42±0.173)D,P<0.01。 结论:对中度近视进行PRK治疗时。手术切削度数应大于散瞳验光的度数,是使术后角膜的实际厚度与理论预期厚度相接近,保证视力的稳定性,避免屈光回退。眼科学报 2003;19:206-207。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To study a method of determining the diopters-cutting for photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) pre-operation.Methods : By statistics,to analyze the differences of diopter between optometry of mydriasis and keratectomy in 143 cases 209 eyes of medium myopia with complete data recorded.Result: The average diopter for optometry of mydriases is -4,32D, for keratectomy, -4.74D. The average of differences is (0.42+0.173)D. P<0.01.Conclusion : The numerical value of diopter-cutting for operation should be higher than for optometry of mydriasis in treatment of PRK for myopia.
