| 摘 要： | 目的总结附睾炎高频彩色多普勒超声图像特征及超声对附睾炎的诊断价值。方法对55例经高频彩色多普勒超声检查并经手术、病理确诊的附睾炎患者的声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果55例附睾炎中,慢性附睾炎36例、附睾精子肉芽肿性炎9例、急性附睾炎7例及附睾结核3例。其中2例附睾精子肉芽肿性炎和1例急性附睾炎误诊为附睾肿瘤。结论高频彩色多普勒超声结合临床资料综合分析,能准确诊断附睾炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the sonogram features and diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler for epididymitis.Methods Fifty-five patients with epididymitis confirmed by surgery and pathology underwent high frequency ultrasonography,then their sonograms were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 55 cases of epididymitis,36 cases were with chronic epididymis,9 cases with spermatic granuloma of epididymitis,7 cases with acute epididymis,and 3 cases with tuberculosis of epididymis.There were only two cases with spermatic granuloma of epididymis,and one acute epididymitis was misdiagnosed as tumor of epididymis.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and color Doppler combined with analysis of clinical information can accurately diagnose epididymitis. |
