社会支持和应对方式对类风湿关节炎女性患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨社会支持和应对方式对类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)住院女性患者生活质量的影响.方法 采用无记名调查问卷的方式,应用WHO生活质量量表简体中文版(WHOQOLBREF),对在合肥市三家医院风湿科住院接受治疗的妇女进行生活质量评定.结果 影响生活质量的社会人口学特征有文化程度、婚姻状况、关节有无畸形、既往有无正规治疗,目前身体功能状况、目前居住地;患者社会支持总分为(35.93±7.87)分,客观支持得分为(8.15±2.86)分,主观支持得分为(21.01±5.14)分,支持利用得分为(6.77±2.22)分.患者采取面对、回避的应对方式与生活质量呈正相关,屈服的应对方式与生活质量呈负相关;社会支持和生活质量呈正相关联.经Logistic回归分析,进入生活质量方程的变量有文化程度、目前身体功能分级、屈服、关节畸形和社会支持总分.结论 社区支持和应对方式与类风湿关节炎妇女的生活质量密切相关,提示在对病人生活质量干预时应注意病人对疾病采用的应对方式.

The impact of social support and coping style to quality of life of rheumatoid arthritis women

Objective To study the impact of social support and coping style to rheumatoid arthritis women's quality of life.Methods Anonymous questionnaires were conducted in 240 women inpatient with rheumatoid arthritis in rheumatism departments of three hospitals in Hefei city.Quality of life was assessed according WHOQOL-BREF.Results The score of quality of life was significantly influent by education,marriage,the joint disability,formal therapy,body function and dwell.The total score of social support is 35.93±7.87;the score of objective support is 8.15±2.86.the score of subjective support is 21.01±5.14.the use ness score of support is 6.77±2.22.Quality of life was correlated with pain,fatigue,coping behavior and social support.By logistic regression analysis,education,body function,submission,the joints disability and social support was entered.Conclusion The attitude to the disease paid by the patient and social support is a key factor during the intervention.
