神经生长因子对大鼠坐骨神经半切损伤后的作用观察

目的：观察坐骨神经半切损伤后神经生长因子（ＮＧＦ）的作用和治疗效果。方法：采用大鼠坐骨神经半切致伤方法,按给药剂量将动物分成：假手术组、生理盐水对照组、小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组,每组１０只,观察时间为１０ｄ。结果：１０ｄ治疗组动物的感觉诱发电位（ＳＥＰ）与生理盐水对照组相比潜伏时缩短（Ｐ〈０．０５）,运动诱发电位（ＭＥＰ）治疗各组与生理盐水组比较Ｎ１、Ｐ１、Ｎ２、Ｐ２各波的峰潜时均缩短（Ｐ〈０

Effects of nerve growth factor on hemisected sciatic nerve in rats

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) purified from the pallas pit viper on inured nerve. Methods: The sciatic nerves were hemisected in 50 rats, which were equally divided into 5 groups based on the dose of using the drug: artificial operated group, normal saline control group, the low dosage group, the moderate dosage group and the high dosage group. The time of observation was 10 d after operation. Results: The latencies of sensory evoked potential (SEP) were significantly shortened in the treated groups as compared with the control (P<0.05). The motor evoked potential (MEP) latencies of both N1 and P1 in all the treated groups were markedly shortened as compared with the control (P<0.05,P<0.01). However, there were no significant difference between the treated groups and the artificial group in the latencies of both N1 and P1 (P>0.05). The latencies of N1 and P1 was significantly lower in the low dosage group than in the moderate and high dosage groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: NGF can improve the conductive function of injured peripheral nerve.
