| 摘 要： | 目的 综合评价血清维生素B_(12)(VB_(12))水平与多发性硬化(MS)的关系.方法 联合应用计算机及手工检索,全面检索血清VB_(12)水平与MS病例对照研究的相关文献.对所获文献进行方法学质量评价、筛选和异质性检验.采用Stata 10.1软件对提取的数据进行分析.结果 共9篇文献进入Meta分析,获得样本807例,其中病例组414例,对照组393例.Meta分析结果显示,MS病例组血清VB_(12)水平显著低于对照组(标准化均差为-0.24,95%可信区间为-0.39-0.10).敏感性分析显示2组在血清VB_(12)水平上的差异结果可靠.结论 血清VB_(12)水平与MS具有相关性,VB_(12)的缺乏可能在MS的病理过程中发挥作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the relationship between serum vitamin B12(VB12)level and multiple sclerosis(MS). Methods The pertinent articles of the VB12 and the case control studies of MS were retrieved comprehensively by manual retrieval and computer retrieval.
