| 摘 要： | 本文报告手术治疗的69例退变性腰椎椎管狭窄症，椎管内组织退行性变是狭窄的根本因素，但也有个体的差异。作者介绍了一种测量方法，经脊髓造影及手术证实符合率达78%，手术后临床症状消失或基本消失63例，占91.3%，无1例加重者。

| Abstract: | ixty nine cases of
depressive stricture of lumbar medullary canal and their surgical treatment arereported.Except for
some individaual variation the depression of the contcnt tissue of the canal is theorlginal course
of the disease,The symptoms of 63 cases(91.3%)totally or almost disappeared,There was no one
the symptoms became worse after operation. A new method of canal measurement isintruduced.lt
was proved by the angiography and operation that the method has a high accuracy rateof 78%. |
