| 摘 要： | 确定银杏叶提取物总黄酮含量测定方法。用紫外可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对提取物中的银杏叶总黄酮含量进行测定,并相互比较,确立紫外可见分光光度法为快速、简便、准确的方法,作为银杏叶总黄酮含量测定的常用方法。

| Abstract: | To determine the measuring method of ginkgo biloba extract flavonoids content.By uv spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method.The content of ginkgo biloba flavone was determined in the extract,and two methods were compared.This subjet established the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was a rapid,simple and accurate method as the common determination method of ginkgo biloba flavonoids content. |
