| 摘 要： | 目的 了解北京市东城区(北)脊髓灰质炎防控体系运转情况.方法 对口服脊灰减毒活疫苗(OPV)接种数据及急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测数据进行分析.结果 东城区(北)维持了OPV高接种率、高接种质量；AFP病例监测系统敏感性指标不达标.结论 东城区(北)建立了对脊髓灰质炎的免疫屏障,但AFP病例监测系统有待加强. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operation of poliomyelitis control and prevention system in Dongcheng district.Method The vaccination data of Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine(OPV) and the data of Acute Flaccid Paralysis(AFP) cases collected by monitoring system were analyzed and evaluated.Results High vaccination coverage and quality have been maintained in Dongcheng district;Sensitivity indicators of AFP surveillance system have not been reached.Conclusions Although herd immunity against Poliomyelitis was established in Dongcheng district,AFP surveillance system should be strengthened in the future. |
