花粉阻隔剂联合尘螨清除剂与丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床随机对照研究

目的研究花粉阻隔剂联合尘螨清除剂与丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择2010年8月至2012年9月璧山县丁家医院耳鼻喉科收治的变应性鼻炎患者90例作为研究对象,上述患者依据随机数字表法分为两组:观察组(45例)给予花粉阻隔剂联合尘螨清除剂治疗,对照组(45例)给予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗,观察两组患者的症状、体征缓解情况以及呼吸道功能指标。结果观察组患者鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏缓解时间以及PEF昼夜变异率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、一秒率FEV1/FVC、PEF增加值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论花粉阻隔剂联合尘螨清除剂能够有效地缓解临床症状和体征、改善气道功能,对于变应性鼻炎的治疗具有积极的临床价值。

Clinical Randomized Controlled Study on Pollen Blocker Combined with Dust Mites Scavenger and Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To study the effect of pollen blocker combined with dust mites scavenger and fluticasone propionate nasal spray in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis admited in Bishan County Dingjia form Aug.2010 to Sep.2012 were divided into observation group and control group,patients in the observation group（45 cases） were given Pollen blocker combined with dust mites scavenger,while patients in the control group（45 cases） were given fluticasone propionate nasal spray treatment.The symptoms,signs and respiratory function indexes were observed after treatment.Results Remission time of nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing and PEF variation of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The increased values of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Pollen blocker combined with dust mites scavenger have positive clinical value for it can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and physical signs,and improve airway function.
