| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨神经阻滞与刃针配合乙哌立松治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效.方法：选择颈源性头痛患者100例,采用数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用神经阻滞加刃针配合骨骼肌松弛剂盐酸乙哌立松治疗;对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪联合布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果：治疗组总有效率为90.0％,明显高于对照组的66.0％ （P＜0.05）.结论：神经阻滞与刃针配合乙哌立松治疗颈源性头痛疗效确切,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of nerve block with with Knife needle and eperisone in the treatment of cer- vical headache. Methods： 100 patients with cervical headache were studied, according to digital table randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated by Nerve block with Knife needle and skeletal muscle relaxants eperisone. Patients in the control group were treated by flunarizine hydrochloride combined ibuprofen. Therapeutic effects were com- pared. Results：The treatment group total efficiency was 90.0 %, significantly higher than that in the control group 66.0 % （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of nerve block with with Knife needle and eperisone in the treatment of cervical headache is well, and is worthy of promotion. |
