感康灵喷雾剂解热镇咳平喘作用的研究

目的:进行中药复方感康灵喷雾剂药效学实验研究。方法:观察喷雾给药后对细菌内毒素所致发热模型家兔的解热作用,测定小鼠气管酚红分泌量观察其祛痰作用,对氨水所致咳嗽模型豚鼠的镇咳作用。以及对氯化乙酰胆碱致喘模型的平喘作用。结果:可使发热家兔体温降低,明显增加小鼠气管酚红分泌量,豚鼠咳嗽次数减少及咳嗽潜伏期延长,同时能显著延长豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期。结论:感康灵喷雾剂具有良好的解热、镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

Studies on Antifebrile,Antitussive and Antiasthmatic Effects of Gankangling Spray

Objective:To study the pharmacodynamic action of Gankangling Spray(GS).Method:After GS was sprayed to ex- periment animals,the antifebrile effect was observed by pyretic rabbits induced by bacterial endotoxins,the quantity of phenol red se- creted from the mouse's trachea were determined,antitussive and antiasthmatic effects by cough-model in guinea pigs caused by ammo- nia and acetylcholine chloride each were observed.Result:GS could evidently decreased the temperature of febrile rabbits,markedly promoted the secretion of phenol red from the mouse's trachea,delaied the cough incubation period and reduce the cough frequency in guinea pigs,and significantly prolonged the latent period of the guinea pigs asthma.Conclusion:GS has evident effects of antifebrile, antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic.
