摘    要:目的为进一步研究雌激素受体β亚型( ERβ)对小鼠睾丸发育及性功能调节的作用,观察了出生后 1,2,3,4周的小鼠睾丸和成年小鼠睾丸中 ERβ的表达和分布情况.方法采用出生 1,2,3,4周雄性昆明小鼠的发育过程以及成年雄性昆明小鼠各 2只 ,分成 2组 ,第 1组 4只 ,第 2组 4只.采用免疫组织化学染色和免疫荧光组织化学染色方法检测小鼠睾丸中 ERβ.结果小鼠睾丸中 ERβ的表达随出生时间增长而呈逐渐上升的趋势,在出生后 1,2周的小鼠睾丸中 ERβ主要分布于睾丸间质细胞,在出生后 3,4周小鼠睾丸中 ERβ分布于睾丸间质细胞胞质和细胞核,核仁呈阴性,成年小鼠睾丸间质细胞中 ERβ分布较幼年小鼠密度增加.结论 ERβ在小鼠睾丸发育过程中可能作为一种特异性受体通过睾丸间质细胞影响和调节雄性激素的分泌进而对生精过程和精子的成熟有重要的调节作用.

Abstract:Aim To investigate the distribution expression of estrogen receptor β (ERβ )sub-type in mouse developing processes and the accommodate of sexual function. Our research observed the expressing and distribution of ERβ in 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks mice testis after born and adult mouse. Methods Male Kunming mouse 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 week after born during the development procedure and adult male kunming mouse, altogether 12, were divided into 2 groups. Immunohistochemistry and Fluorescence-immunohistochemistry staining were used to test ERβ in mouse testis . Results In ages of 1,2,3,4 weeks and adult mouse testis, we found that estrogen receptor β distributed in Leydig cells of testis. And the number of immunoreativity positive cells was increasing as developing. The immunoreactivity products were all in cell plasma. Products in adult mice testis were more intensive than immature little mice. Conclusion ERβ is special characteristic receptor which regulate and affect andrology endocrining and semen generate function and spermatozoon mature. In every stages of development, they appear most frequently and show their affect on generating processes and sperm cell development.
