局部注射庆大霉素与地塞米松在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后的疗效观察

目的：将局部注射庆大霉素与地塞米松应用于复杂下颌阻生第三磨牙拔牙术中,观察对拔牙术后并发症发生的影响。方法：120例下颌阻生第三磨牙（低位或埋伏阻生）患者按完全随机法分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组拔牙后,用庆大霉素与地塞米松创口周围局部注射,对照组拔牙后创口常规处理,两组均给予口服抗生素及止痛药3d,术后第2、3天复诊,对肿胀、开口受限、疼痛进行检测、统计学处理。结果：实验组术后肿胀、疼痛及开口受限的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：局部应用庆大霉素与地塞米松在拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙术后减少肿胀、疼痛、开口受限方面有重要作用。

Clinical observation of local injection with gentamycin and dexamethasone after extraction of mandibular third molar

Objective：The local injection of gentamycin and dexamethasone were used in complex mandibular third molar tooth extraction,to observe the occurrence of complications after tooth extraction.Methods：120 cases of mandibular third molar（low or ambush impacted） were randomly divided into two groups,according to completing the experimental group af ter tooth extraction,with gentamycin and dexamethasone injection around the wound,the control group after tooth extrac tion were given conventional treatment,two groups were given oral antibiotics and analgesics 3 days,after 2,3 days treat ment,referral of swelling,limited opening,pain testing,statistically.Results：The postoperative swelling,pain and limited opening were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Topical application of gentamycin and dexamethasone in the extraction of mandibular third molar surgery to reduce swelling,pain,limit ed opening play an important role.
