腹腔镜与开放手术治疗输尿管上段结石的对照研究

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输尿管上段结石的可行性和效果。方法回顾分析道县人民医院2003年5月至2009年12月24例腹腔镜手术以及22例开放经腰背部直切口输尿管切开取石术,并进行对照研究。结果全部病例均手术成功,两组患者术后镇痛、术中出血、住院时间、比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),两组均治愈出院。结论经腹腔镜治疗输尿管上段结石与传统经腰背部直切口相比,具有疼痛轻、康复快、并发症少等优点,是安全、有效的治疗方法。但它需要较长的手术时间和一定的腹腔镜外科训练。

The Comparison Research between Laparoscopic and Open Surgery in Upper Urinary Tract Calculi

Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of laparoscopic surgery in upper urinary tract calculi.Methods Retrospective analysis twenty four cases were operated by laparoscopy and twenty two cases were performed by open operation in 2003.5-2009.12,and take control study.Results All cases were succeeded,The difference between two groups are significant in postoperative of relive pain,blood loss,length of stay（P〈0.05）.The two groups were conceal well and discharged.Conclusions The laparoscopic repair is a safe and efficient minimally invasive method for upper urinary tract calculi.
