| 摘 要： | 对11例AATP和65例ITP进行对比分析。两组临床症状相似、AATP对肾上皮质激素治疗反应比ITP患者差,发现1例AATP发展为再生障碍性贫血。AATP髓象显示巨核细胞减少或缺(?)。文中对AATP可能病因和发病机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | A contrast study we carried out in 11 patients with acquired amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenic purpura(AA TP) and 65 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). The results showed that their clinical symptoms were very similar in two groups. But the treatment response to corticosteroid in patients with AATP was obviously reduced, as compared with that of patients with ITP.One p(?)tient with AATP developed into aplastic anemia. In a study of bone marrow smear of patients with AATP and ITP, the reduction or lack of megakaryocyte was found in patients with AATP. The possible cause and pathogenesis of AATP were also discussed. |
