天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝火亢盛型高血压病疗效观察

观察天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝火亢盛型高血压病的临床疗效。84例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮治疗，对照组服用硝苯地平缓释片，观察疗效。两组患者治疗前后血压比较，治疗前组间比较P〈0.05；治疗后组间比较P〉0.05。两组患者治疗前后症状疗效改善比较，治疗组总有效率为94.6%，对照组总有效率为67.8%，组间比较 P〈0.05。天麻钩藤饮加味治疗，在改善高血压病人症状方面效果优于对照组，提高了患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation on treating hypertension with the Tianma Gouteng Yin

To investigate clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin on hypertension. 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment was given Tianma Gouteng Yin, and the control took orally Nifedipine tablets. Before treatment, the difference of blood pressure in both was significant （P〈0.05）, the difference was not significant with treatment （P〉0.05）. The difference of symptom improvement in both was significant （P〈0.05）, the total efficacy was 94.6%in the treatment and 67.8%in the control. The Tianma Gouteng Yin was effective on hypertension, and it can improve patients’ living quality.
