穴位贴敷配合中药内服治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

目的：探讨穴位贴敷配合中药内服治疗支气管哮喘临床效果。方法：选取我院近年来收治支气管哮喘患者300例，随机分为两组，每组150例；其中对照组患者给予西医常规对症治疗；中医综治组在对照组治疗的基础上，再给予穴位贴敷配合中药内服治疗；比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率，治疗前后中医症状积分及肺通气功能指标等。结果：中医综治组患者临床总有效率（81.3%）显著高于对照组（64.0%）（P〈0.05）；两组患者治疗后中医症状积分和肺通气功能指标均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.05），且中医综治组患者治疗后中医症状积分下降程度和肺通气功能指标提高程度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷配合中药内服治疗支气管哮喘可有效缓解咳嗽、咳痰及喘息等临床症状，提高肺部通气功能，对于改善生活质量具有重要意义。

Clinical observation on treating bronchial asthma by TCM acupoint sticking

To discuss clinical effects of TCM acupoint sticking on treating bronchial asthma. Methods： 300 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 150 cases for each; the control group was given western medicine, another was added TCM acupoint sticking more than the control. Results：The total efficiency in TCM treatment group was obviously better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. TCM symptom scores and indicators of pulmonary function were significantly better with treatments in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM acupoint sticking could relieve symptoms and improve lung ventilation function, and life quality, with important significance.
