化痰通腑法治疗中风痰热证的临床观察

目的：探讨化痰通腑法治疗中风痰热证的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年8月-2013年8月收治的120例中风痰热证患者为研究对象，给予其化痰通腑法进行治疗，观察其临床效果。结果：治疗2周后，120例患者中痊愈30例，占25.0%；显效32例，占26.7%；有效38例，占31.7%；无效20例，占16.6%，总有效率为83.4%；患者住院时间为5～115d，平均（26.5±2.5）d。结论：化痰通腑法治疗中风痰热证的临床疗效显著，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical observation on treating stroke by Huatan Tongfu therapy

To study the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongfu therapy on treating stroke. Methods： 120 patients were treated by Huatan Tongfu therapy. Results：In 2 weeks, 30 cases for 25.0%were cured, 32 for 26.7%were markedly effective, 38 for 31.7%were effective, 20 for 16.6% were invalid, the total efficiency was 83.4%; hospitalization time was 5-115d, average （26.5±2.5） d. Conclusion：Huatan Tongfu therapy has remarkable effects for stroke, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
