| 摘 要： | 目的了解面神经炎患者应用临床护理路径后效果情况。方法将120例面神经炎患者随机分为对照组及研究组各60例。对照组采用传统护理方法,研究组按照科室统一制定临床护理路径表要求进行实施。结果研究组患者心理健康状况、健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度,治愈率高于对照组,而平均住院天数,住院费用低于对照组。结论面神经炎患者实施临床护理路径取得良好效果,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway on patients with facial neuritis.Methods Analysis from 120 cases of hospitalized patients with facial neuritis was made.They were divided into the study group and control group randomly,60 cases for each group.The control group was treated with conventional care,while the study group with the unified clinical nursing pathway.Results As compared with the control group,the study group showed that significant differences on mental health status health education knowledge,nursing satisfaction and treatment effect,while the average length of hospital stay,hospital costs was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway on patients with facial neuritis can effectively improve the quality of rehabilitation,which should be widely applied. |
