分析变应性鼻炎的患病率与相关因素

目的分析并探讨变应性鼻炎的患病率与相关因素。方法选取2006年2月～2011年2月在六个社区居住时间超过2年的1557例居民进行调查,对不同性别、不同年龄段的分析来探讨变应性鼻炎患病率,并进一步探讨了患病的相关因素。结果调查中发现女性发病率明显高于男性,小于20岁人群患病率最低,为13.0%,61～78岁患病率最高;患病相关因素包括吸烟、变应原和常规项,其中变应原阳性的人群发病率最高。结论变应性鼻炎在不同性别和年龄层发病率不同,变应原是变应性鼻炎的主要影响因素。

Analysis the prevalence of allergic rhinitis and the related factors

Objective To analyze and explore the prevalence of allergic rhinitis and related factors.Methods 1 557 patients having lived for over 2 years in six communities from February 2006 to February 2011 were selected to receive investigation.The prevalence of allergic rhinitis of different gender and age was analyzed and related factors were further explored.Results The investigation showed that the female had remarkably higher incidence than the male.Population below the age of 20 years old had the lowest prevalence of 13.0% while those between the age of 61 to 78 years old had the highest prevalence.Prevalence related factors included smoking,allergens and conventional items;population with positive allergens had the highest incidence.Conclusion The prevalence of allergic rhinitis is different at different gender and age levels and the allergen is the major influencing factor of allergic rhinitis.
