宫颈癌放射治疗后致放射性直肠炎的护理

目的探讨宫颈癌放射治疗后致放射性直肠炎的护理。方法随机选择2007年以来在我院因宫颈癌进行放射治疗导致直肠炎的患者56例。对照组28例,进行常规护理观察组28例,采用常规护理以及个性化护理措施。两组患者年龄、体重、病程、肿瘤组织类型以及临床分期无显著性差别。所有数据应用SPSS 15.0软件分析,P<0.05。结果观察组病例放射性直肠炎突出的症状体征平均转阴时间缩短,并发症少,情绪稳定、治愈率高,两组数据有显著差异。结论规则性保留灌肠联合肛周皮肤护理、溃疡面直接喷洒表皮生长因子对于宫颈癌放射治疗所致的放射性直肠炎的康复有积极的临床意义。

Nursing of the cervical cancer after radiation therapy for radiation proctitis

Objective To investigate the cervical cancer after radiation therapy for radiation proctitis.Methods Randomly selected 56 cases of patients in recent years in our hospital due to cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy with proctitis.28 cases of the control group with routine nursing care.The observation group 28 cases,using conventional care and individualized nursing care measures.Two groups of patient’s age,weight,duration of disease,tumor tissue type and clinical stage had no significant difference.All data for the application of SPSS15.0 software were analyzed(P<0.05).Results The observation group case of radiation proctitis prominent symptoms mean negative time,fewer complications,emotional stability,the cure rate was high,there was a significant difference between two groups of data.Conclusions The rule of retention enema of peri anal skin care,the ulcer surface directly sprayed epidermal growth factor for cervical cancer induced by radiation therapy radiation proctitis rehabilitation has positive clinical significance.
