专科护士在ERCP术患者围手术期护理中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨一套提高ERCP患者围手术期护理质量的专科护士培养模式及效果分析。方法对符合条件的15名护士进行ERCP专科护理培训,比较培训前后该组护士在ERCP围手术期护理中的综合能力,并分析该组护士培训前后对ERCP患者护理的效果和患者满意度。结果该组护士培训后综合能力得分显著高于培训前(P<0.001);培训后患者术中心率、血压波动较小(P>0.05),对ERCP耐受性显著高于培训前(P<0.05),而满意度评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论经ER-CP专科护理培训的专科护士理论知识牢、实践能力强、护理效果好,在ERCP围手术期护理中发挥了重要的作用,值得临床应用和推广。

Clinical application of specialized nurses in the perioperative nursing of patients performed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

Abstract:Objective To explore a suitable training mode for specialized nurses in order to increase the quality of perioperative nursing of ERCP patients and effect analysis.Methods Qualified of 15 nurses received specialized training of ERCP nursing.The comprehensive ability of this group was evaluated before and after training.In addition,the effectiveness of care for patients with ERCP and patient satisfaction were investigated before and after the training of this group.Results After training,the scores of comprehensive ability in the study group was significantly higher than that before the training(P<0.001).After training,the fluctuation of heart rate and blood pressure was smaller during the operation(P>0.05),and the tolerance of patients to ERCP was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher(P<0.05) than that before training.Conclusions After ERCP specialist care training,specialist nurses had played an important role in perioperative nursing of ERCP because of strong knowledge,practical ability,and effective care,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
