| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖耐量减低（IGT）患者应用二甲双胍治疗前后血浆内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化。方法服75g葡萄糖耐量试验筛查出IGT患者90例,对其进行为期15周的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验及二甲双胍干预治疗试验。试验前后观察血浆ET、NO、CRP变化情况。结果IGT患者应用二甲双胍治疗15周后,血浆ET、CRP显著下降,NO上升,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,而对照组3项指标均无显著改变。结论二甲双胍可改善IGT患者血浆ET、NO及CRP水平。
