| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中常见并发症及预防措施。方法回顾性分析双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中常见并发症。结果双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中并发症的发生除与传统手术有部分相同的原因外,尚有与器械操作相关。结论通过掌握熟练的操作技巧及注意事项,积极预防是减少并发症发生的最简单有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the usual complications and preventive measures after applying double stapling device in the sphincter preserving surgery. [Methods] The usual complication after applying double stapling in the sphincter preserving surgery were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Partial complications after applying double stapling device in the sphincter preserving surgery were caused by unskilled operation. [Conclusion] Mastering expert operation to prevent complications is the simplest and the most effective method to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. |
