| 摘 要： | 32例脑血管病患者采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗，结果总有效率78％，与治疗前比较，全血比粘度、还原粘度和血球压积明显下降，超氧化物歧化酶明显升高和过氧化脂质含量下降。表明紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗可改善患者的血液流变学和自由基有关指标。
