康艾注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响

目的观察康艾注射液对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）化疗患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法将98例（NSCLC）患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各49例。对照组采用长春瑞滨＋顺铂或吉西他滨＋顺铂方案进行化疗；观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用康艾注射液，比较两组的近期疗效及CD3＋、CD4、CD8、CD4／CD8＋和NK细胞的变化。结果治疗组近期临床总有效率为42．9％，略高于对照组的36．7％，但组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与对照组比较，化疗后观察组CD3、CD4和NK细胞百分数显著高于对照组，CD8百分数显著低于对照组，CD3／CD4＋比值显著高于对照组，组问差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康艾注射液可提高NSCLS患者的近期疗效和机体免疫力。

Short-term effect on treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer by Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy and its effect on immune function

Objective To observe the short-term effect of Kangai injection and its influence on immune function of the patients with non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） treated by chemotherapy.Methods 98 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into control group（n=49） and observation group （n=49）.The control group was treated with the regimen of vinorelbine combined with cisplatin or gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,while the observation group was treated with combined therapy of Kangai injection with chemotherapy.The recent clinical total effective rate and the changes of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄,CD⁺₈,CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈and NK cells were observed before and after chemotherapy.Results The recent clinical total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 42.9% and 36.7%,without significant group difference（P>0.05）.Compared with the control group,the levels of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄ and NK cells of the observation group were significantly increased（P<0.05）,the level of CD⁺₈ was significantly reduced（P<0.05）,and the ratio of CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ was significantly increased（P<0.05）.ConclusionsKangai injection is effective in improving the short-term therapeutic effect of chemotherapy for the NSCLC patients,and enhancing the immune function of the patients.
