| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨腰椎间盘T2相对值在腰椎间盘退变量化分级中的临床应用价值.方法]对78例受试者腰椎间盘T2相对值与腰椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级的相关性进行分析.结果]各级腰椎间盘T2相对值随Pfirrmann分级增高而增大,各级间比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结果]T2相对值可对腰椎间盘退变进行准确的量化分级.

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the value of relative Tzrto （relative T2 relaxation time） in the quantified grading of degenerative intervertebral disc. Methods]The correlation between relative Tzratio and Pfirrmann grades of degenerative intervertebral disc of 78 subjects was analyzed. Results]With the increasing of Pfir- rmann grades, the relative Tzratio of lumbar intervertebral disc increased. There was significant difference a- mong different grades. Conclusion] The relative Tz.o can be used in the accurate quantified grading of degen- erative lumbar intervertebral disc. |
