榄香烯乳联合小剂量顺铂胸腔注射治疗肺癌患者恶性胸腔积液临床疗效观察

目的]探讨榄香烯乳联合小剂量顺铂胸腔注射治疗肺癌患者恶性胸腔积液临床疗效.方法]100例确诊为肺癌的恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组予榄香烯乳联合低剂量顺铂胸腔注射治疗,对照组予常规剂量顺铂胸腔注射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况.结果]观察组完全缓解率(70.0％)显著高于对照组(30.0％,P＜0.05)；血象异常、肝肾功能异常、消化道症状、脱发等不良反应发生率均小于对照组(P ＜0.05).结论]榄香烯乳联合小剂量顺铂治疗肺癌患者恶性胸腔积液疗效确切；可提高完全缓解率,降低不良反应发生率.

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Elemenum Emulsion Combined with Intrapleural Injec- tion of Low Dose of Cisplatin for the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion in Patients withLung Cancer

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of elemenum emulsion combined with intrapleural injection of low dose of cisplatin for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer. Methods] Totally 100 patients diagnosed lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given eleme- num emulsion combined with intrapleural injection of low dose of cisplatin, while the control group was given intrapteural injection of routine dose of cisplatin. The efficacy and the incidence of side reactions were com- pared between two groups. Results] The complete remission rate in observation group was significantly high- er than that in control group（70 ~ vs 30.0 ~, P %0.05）. The incidence of side reactions such as abnormal he- mogram, abnormal hepatic and renal function, gastrointestinal symptoms and hair loss in observation group was lower than that in control group（ P d0.05）. Conclusion] Elemenum emulsion combined with low dose of cisplatin for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer is certain. It can in- crease the complete remission rate and reduce the incidence of side reactions.
