超声乳化术治疗白内障

目的　总结白内障超声乳化术的治疗效果。方法　近 3年所做的白内障超声乳化术 6 34只眼 ,就各种类型白内障术中术后并发症进行分析 ,并观察术后第 1、5、1 0d的视力恢复情况。结果　术中并发症仍以后囊膜破裂为多 (9眼 1 4 2 % ) ,3眼未能植入人工晶体。 2眼出现后弹力层脱离。术后并发症以角膜水肿为多 ,中度以上 5 8眼 (9 1 5 % ) ,其次是术后高眼压 34眼 (5 36 % )。术后视力≥ 0 5的第 1d为 375眼(5 9 1 5 % ) ,第 5d为 5 1 8眼 (81 70 % ) ,第 1 0d为 5 5 6眼 (87 70 % )。结论　超声乳化术适合各种类型白内障 ,并取得良好效果

Treatment of Cataract with Ultrasonic Emulsification

Objective To discuss the curative effect of ultrasonic emulsification of cataract. Methods 634 eyes of ultrasonic emulsification were performed with 3 years and the varied kinds of cataract patient and its complications were analyzed. The vision reversion at 1d, 5d and 10d was observed. Results The posterior capsule rupture was main complication 1.42% during operation, 3 eyes were unsuccessful in implantation of artificial lens and 2 eyes were detachment of post elastic layer. The complication after operation were corneal edema with 9.15% sever than moderate degree. The hypertension of eye was 5.36%. The vision more than 0.5 after operation in 1 d, 5 d and 10d were 59.15%, 81.70% and 87.70%. Conclusion The ultrasonic emulsification could available for varied cataract patients and achieve better effect.
