不同年龄组突发性耳聋临床特征及疗效观察

目的：探讨不同年龄段突发性耳聋患者的临床特点与治疗效果。方法：根据突发性耳聋患者的发病年龄不同，将375例该患者分为青少年〈18岁、成年组18～64岁及老年组〉65岁3个组别，回顾性分析3组患者了的临床特征与治疗效果。结果：不同年龄组的突发性耳聋患者，各有其不同的临床相关特征及不同的疗效。结论：对于突发性耳聋患者，应做到因人而异，对可能的相关疾病进行积极治疗。综合治疗的同时儿童患者须考虑抗病毒药物的应用，成年人及应针对病因，侧重于全面休息，提高血氧浓度；老年患者则需对微血管疾病进行相应的积极治疗，改善微循环，降低血液黏稠度。

Observation on the Clinical Feature and Therapeutic Effect of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss in Different Ages

Objective To study the clinical features and therapeutic effect of sudden sensorineural hearing loss of different ages patients. Methods 375 patients with sudden deafness were divided into three groups according to their age of onset： youth group （〈 18 years old）, adult group （18 to 64 years old） and old age group （〉 65-year-old）. The clinical features and treatment effects of the three groups patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Different age group patients with sudden hearing loss had their own different clinical fea~res and different therapeutic effects. Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness, it should be varied with each individual, and liae related diseases might be treated positively. At the same time, pediatric patients should be considered comprehensive treatment and the application of antiviral drugs; Adult patients should be aimed at the pathogeny, focused on the full rest, improved blood oxygen concentration; Elderly patients need for active treatment corres- ponding to microvascular disease, improvement of microcirculation, reducing blood viscosity.
