睫状体光凝术治疗恶性青光眼的临床观察

目的 观察半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术对恶性青光眼的治疗效果.方法 12例12只眼恶性青光眼行半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术,术后随访眼压、前房深度6～15个月.结果 最后一次随访时眼压明显降低(t=6.3219,P＜0.001);最后一次随访时前房深度明显加深(t=-13.5843,P＜0.001).经统计学处理差异均具有统计学意义.结论 半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术对恶性青光眼有较好的治疗作用.

The clinical effect of transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation in management of malignant glaucoma

Objective To explore the effect of transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation in management of malignant glaucoma. Methods Twelve eyes (12 cases) of malignant glaucoma accepted transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation. All cases were followed up 6 to 15 months about intraocular pressure (IOP) and the depth of anterior chamber. Results After operation, the intraocular pressure decreased obviously (P ＜0.001), the mean depth of chamber increased obviously (P ＜0.001). The difference of IOP and the depth of anterior chamber using ridit analysis implied that there was a clinical significant difference between pre-operative and post-operative. Conclusions Transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation is effective treatment at present in management of malignant glaucoma.
