摘    要:
扫描电子显微镜是近半个世纪以来迅速发展的一种电子光学仪器,具有制样方法简单、分辨率高、可连续调节放大倍数、景深大、成像立体等特点,应用领域十分广阔。本文对其在生药学领域的应用情况进行了归纳总结,内容包括植物类生药的孢子与花粉、种子与果实、茎叶等,动物类生药的皮、毛、鳞片等,以及矿物类生药的晶体表面与内部结构的形态特征观察等,为促进扫描电镜在生药分类、鉴别等方面的推广应用提供了参考。

Abstract:
Scanning electron microscope (SEM), as a new kind of electronic photonic instrument, has the advantages of sim-ple sample preparation, high resolution, magnification adjusted consistently, larger depth of field and stereoscopic vision, and it has a wide range of applications. This paper has consulted the applications of SEM in pharmacognosy concluding plant (in-cluding spores and pollen, seeds and fruit, stem and leat), animal (including skin, hair, scales), and mineral (including mor-phological characteristics and the internal structure) etc., and provided the reference for the popularization and application of SEM in the classification and identification of pharmacognosy.
