微阵列芯片技术是生命科学和信息工程相结合的高科技结晶,是高效率的核酸杂交分析技术,以其连续化、微型化、自动化等优势在基因组结构和功能的研究上起着重要作用。目前该技术主要应用于基因组功能研究、临床诊断及预后判断、新药开发及药物筛选等方面,在生命科学的许多领域得到广泛应用,并且扮演着重要角色。本文将对该技术

Abstract:
Microarray technology is a high-tech crystallization of life science and information engineering together, is a nu-cleic acid hybridization efficiency analysis technology, plays an important role in the continuous, miniaturization, automation and other advantages of the genome structure and function. The present study, the technology is mainly applied in genome function in clinical diagnosis and prognosis, the development of new drugs and drug screening and so on, has been widely ap-plied in many fields of life science, and plays an important role. In this paper, the application of this technology on deformi-ties in children is reviewed.
